準備發表完美 TED演說的8個步驟

8 個準備發表完美 TED 演說的步驟如下：

1、排練你的演說──在一群真實觀眾面前進行。把你的朋友和家人集合起來，然後進行你的演講。要求他們提供建議和想法。可能的話，把自己和評論都錄下來。

1、Rehearse your speech – in front of a live audience.Gather your friends and family and deliver your speech.Ask for their suggestions and ideas. If possible, videotape yourself and critique.

2、練習──在演講當天上台之前，也要很努力地練習。你會覺得比較好而且壓力較小，而這些也都會呈現在觀眾面前。

2、Exercise – work up a sweat on the day you present before you hit the stage. You'll feel better and less stressed and that will come across to your audience.

3、在上台之前先巡視一下演講廳──感受一下當你在台上時，你的觀眾可以看到和聽到什麼。

3、Walk the room before you hit the stage – get a feel for how your audience will be able to see and hear you while you're on the stage.

4、盡量熟悉舞台──事先計畫好在台上要如何走動，也要想好你的手勢幅度該有多大。你必須掌控全場。

4、Get familiar with the stage – preplan in advance how you will move around and think about how expansive your gestures will need to be. You want to own the presentation area.

5、測試你所有的設備──確認你的簡報軟體顯示正常，還有麥克風也不會在你走到舞台的特定角落時發出怪聲。要知道如何操作所有的設備。

5、Test all your equipment – make certain your PowerPoint is working and your microphone doesn't screech as you move to any particular part of the stage. Know how to operate everything.

6、逐字排練你的開場白──這樣當你上台時，你就能夠在一開始確實掌握自己要說什麼。這種方式也可以抵銷任何可能產生的舞台恐懼症。

6、Rehearse your opening word-for-word – so when you get up on stage, you know exactly what you're going to say when you start. That will offset any potential stage fright.

7、藉著聆聽一些輕快的音樂進入一種輕鬆的情緒──藉此做好完美演出的準備。

7、Get into an upbeat mood by listening to some upbeat music – use it to prepare to perform well.

8、想像成功的畫面──想像自己在進行一場世界級演講的畫面，然後上台將它實現。

8、Visualize success – see yourself delivering a world-class speech in your mind's eye and then go out and make it happen.
